Q1: What is your return policy?
If your items is missing, defect or wrong,you may return your purchase to us. You need to inform with our customer service team via email email@example.com or via whatsapps +60143840401. Our team will advice on how to return the items to us and we will deliver with the correct items.
All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition. Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order along with the Poslaju Consignment Note.

Q2: What is your refund policy?
Refund will be given if the items is out of stock. If your order is out of stock, our team will contact you via whatsapps (+60143840401) or directly call your number to inform you about the stock. We will ask whether you want to change with other items or you want full refund. Refund will be do between 2 to 3 days after request.
