What are the delivery charges for orders from the Legacy Fashionista?

We send using Poslaju Malaysia.

The delivery charges to Peninsular Malaysia as below:

1pc handbag : RM8
2pcs to 3pcs handbags : RM10
above 3pcs handbags : add RM2 per handbag
Example for 5 bags: RM10 + RM2 + RM2 = RM14

The delivery charges to Sarawak as below:

1pc handbag : RM10
2pcs to 3pcs handbags : RM12
above 3pcs handbags : add RM2 per handbag
Example for 5 bags: RM12 + RM2 + RM2 = RM16

The delivery charges to Sabah as below:

1pc to 3pcs handbags : RM15
above 3pcs handbags : add RM2 per handbag
Example for 5 bags: RM15 + RM2 + RM2 = RM19

How long will delivery take?

ALL TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDE AFTER THE ORDER COMPLETE PROCESS.

Kindly track your items here  using order number provided after make payment and email you use during checkout.

For delivery within Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak, Labuan, and Sabah, we will post all orders made before 1PM, Monday – Friday on the same day via Pos Laju. Pos Laju is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 1PM will only be shipped on Monday. If customers do not receive their order within 3 working days, please contact our customer service department to track your order.

GST is a consumption tax that is charged on all taxable goods and services in Malaysia. A GST registered company is required to charge GST on its taxable goods and services made to its customers.

Q3: Are all items on Legacy Fashionista subject to GST?

All goods sold and supplied to territories within Malaysia are subject to GST (Standard Rate Supplies – 6%) with the exception of Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Tioman and Pulau Labuan (Zero Rated Supplies – 0%).

Q4: What happens if I purchase from Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Tioman and Pulau Labuan?

For the purpose of GST, goods sold and supplied to these designated areas (Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Tioman and Pulau Labuan) are zero rated (0%). However, services provided such as shipping fees and processing fees (shall there be any) are subject to 6% GST.

What exactly happens after ordering?

All payments have to be made by means specified by Janang Legacy Enterprise (SA0284391-D) owner of LEGACYFASHIONISTA.COM. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.

Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

At LEGACYFASHIONISTA.COM, we are not able to cancel, amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.

Computation rounding shown in invoice (if any) is a decimal representation due to multiple rounding mechanisms.

We post all orders made before 1pm, Monday – Friday on the same day via PosLaju. PosLaju makes deliveries Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia).

Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Goods sold and delivered to overseas (out of Malaysia) are zero-rated with GST at 0%

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes it is. You will receive an invoice via email. So, please give your right email during checkout to receive the confirmation email of payment and also order number to track your items in future.
